There are opportunities to serve within the church by volunteering to help with worship, sharing your gifts of prayer and teaching, helping with building and ground maintenance, and so more.
As world transforming disciples of Jesus, we seek to share God’s love and to positively impact our community through mission and service. We joyfully meet the expressed needs of our community, and we partner with local agencies to serve with and support our neighbors.
BABY GRACE
Our mission is to share God’s love and grace by offering material, emotional, and spiritual support for families with young children.
Red Bridge Baby Grace distributes diapers and wipes free of charge with no strings attached. Please check our Facebook page, RBUMC Baby Grace, monthly for a link to make an appointment with us.

HARVESTERS COMMUNITY FOOD NETWORK
Our parking lot is home to a Mobile Food Pantry. Volunteers are needed 1:30 – 4:00 pm to help with set-up, distribution, and clean up. Visit our Facebook page at Red Bridge United Methodist Church Mobile Food Pantry.

reStart
Our church provides and serves a meal about every six weeks at reStart, a long-standing ministry for homeless individuals in Kansas City. Volunteers are needed to purchase, prepare, and help deliver food.

MARTIN CITY SCHOOLS
We love filling up the snack bin in the church lobby for Martin City K-8 School! The Counselors at the school hand out snacks, and we are happy to help support this important nutritional supplement with our donations.

GRANDVIEW ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
GAP serves members of the Grandview community through a variety of programs to support and uplift their neighbors. Red Bridge UMC assists this local nonprofit by donating nonperishable food for distribution to people in need. You can drop your donation off at the church in the barrel across from the office.
